1. Superior mixing performance
Taite asphalt mixing plants are designed and manufactured based upon EU standards, boasting excellent specifications of service life, overload capacity, etc. Specific models have been exported to western EU markets and are well recognized by customers in and out of China.
1.1 The synchronously driven twin-shaft mixer has high capacity and the mixing is uniform and quick.
1.2 The innovative discharge door structure ensures no dead zone, no leakage and short discharge time.
1.3 The structure and layout of mixing blades and liners are designed with dynamic simulations and contribute to a perfect combination of productivity and quality.
2. Excellent economic performance
Lower OPEX: The heating system’s dynamic design follows the EU standards. Combined with a precise weigh system, the asphalt mixing plant provides you an economic use of oil and electricity, thus quietly saving operational costs.
3. Modular cold aggregates feeding system
3.1 With a modular design, the cold aggregate bin and the belt conveyor are customer configurable to meet various needs.
3.2 The variable-frequency controlled belt conveyor can adjust its speed automatically according to the requirements of output setting and aggregate ratio.
3.3 The flat and slanted belts are driven by geared motors of renowned brand and equipped with a rectification adjustment apparatus.
3.4 Sound and light alarm is signaled when the feeding system is out of cold aggregates.
4. Efficient and reliable drying drum
4.1 Four China famous brand geared motors are used to drive the drying drum with ease.
4.2 The optimized mixing blade design allows for more uniform heating and a high heat utilization.
4.3 Rockwool and stainless steel insulations are used outside the drum to effectively prevent heat loss.
4.4 The driving drum and imported bearings that have been rigorously calculated and carefully heat treated have the advantages of long service life and reliable operation.
5. Precise and stable weighing system
5.1 The weighing system adopts the pressure sensor structure and international famous brand sensor modules, with analog outputs connected to the PLC (Programmable Logic Control).
5.2 It features high measurement accuracy equivalent to or even better than internationally renowned brands, high stability and strong anti-interference capability.
5.3 The precise design of the gravity center, the use of anti-wear measures, and the fully ventilated heat resistant soft connection interface ensure the weighing accuracy throughout the operational process.
6. Highly efficient burner
International famous brand burner is used together with low pressure atomization and variable frequency control, ensuring stable quality, fully combustion, safe, reliable and environmental friendliness, contributing to a heating efficiency improvement up to 5%, and it is suitable for any working condition.
7. Screening system
The vibrating screen, designed with advanced technologies and driven by a vibrating motor, has longer life and is maintenance free. The precisely matched vibrating and screen box incline angles together with the sufficient screen area ensure the grading ratio and screening efficiency strictly required by the vibrating screen. It has the abilities to efficiently and reliably handle different types of ingredients.
8. Dual-layer high capacity hot aggregate silo
8.1 Double layer hot aggregate silo system, large capacity silo configuration, precise weighing door structure for discharge port, anti jamming door opening mechanism, and maintenance free technology; The temperature control device for hot aggregate has obtained a national utility model patent (patent number: ZL 2021 2 2213754.3).
8.2 The optimized silo structure and door space ensure the time and accuracy to weigh aggregates.
8.3 The hot aggregate silo has a continuous level indicator and a temperature detecting apparatus.
8.4 It is designed with overflow and negative pressure pipelines.
9. Hot mix asphalt storage system
9.1 The optimized structure of trolley ensures that the trolley is not sticky to asphalt under working conditions.
9.2 It has an integrated variable-frequency control hoister, which smoothly controls acceleration and deceleration and provides a two-speed energy saving operation for ascending and descending. The hoisting trolley has a reasonable structure with the capability of precious positioning.
9.3 The trolley uses a photoelectric pulse encoder to record positions and control the speed and position of each segment.
9.4 The hot mix storage silo has high capacity with a specially designed structure which can effectively prevent asphalt segregation.
10. Dusting system
10.1 Primary gravity dusting, secondary bag dust filtering, and negative pressure dustproof design of main tower
10.2 Considering the possible situations where the dust content in user’s aggregates is unstable, the dusting system’s adaptability and the service life of dusting bags are greatly enhanced, thus to save user’s maintenance costs. The use of high-quality DuPont material bags ensures that the dust removal effect meets the current EU standards.
10.3 Automatic air pressure adjustment control system and famous brand imported induced draft fan ensure the quality and stable working life of the dusting system, meeting user needs and reducing operational costs of the equipment.

11. Pneumatic control system
11.1 The air compressor with well-known brand screw type air-drying system is equipped with a dedicated air compressor station and a secondary buffer to provide sufficient air source.
11.2 The entire system uses imported pneumatic components, greatly reducing the equipment maintenance and overhauling costs.
12. Asphalt mixing plant control system
The control system consists of two DELL computers plus the in-house control software which supports master-slave control and dual-system hot standby. A Japanese-brand Mitsubishi S7300PLC is used which has a 16-bit AD module and high-speed transmission module for collecting weigh signals and ensuring the batching accuracy. It offers a friendly user interface, superb production data management and query functions. It supports real-time display of various data and animated display of plant operation and batching workflow. It features quick and easy operation, friendly man-machine interface, high reliability and high batching precision.
12.1 Computer control system
The computer is the man-machine interface of the entire control system, realizing start-up and shutdown of the plant, real-time monitoring of the plant operation, user authorization management, recipe management, production management, production reporting management, production recording management, production data storage as well as query and print of various reports. The computer control system mainly includes a computer, a display device, a UPS, a printer, and a serial port card.
12.2 Strong-current cabinet
The strong-current cabinet system adopts standard cabinets with strong anti-interference capabilities. The power distribution cabinet is equipped with air circuit breakers, contractors, thermal relays, frequency converters and transformer slot terminals. The door is equipped with a temperature controller and a phase change switch. The strong-current apparatuses are customer configurable with imported, jointed venture or domestic brands. The circuit design and selection conform to the electrical standards, the device installation layout is reasonable, the wiring is neat, and the maintenance is convenient.
12.3 Operation console
The operation console is user friendly with computer, monitor, control panel and printer placed on the main unit panel, and buttons mounted on the convex panel of the control unit.
